Nurzhan Kasymkhanovich Raketbayev was born on December 26, 1977 in the city of Kentau, Turkestan region.
In 1997, he graduated from the South Kazakhstan Regional Music College with a degree in orchestra artiste.
In 2012, he graduated from the M. Auezov South Kazakhstan State University with a degree in Instrumental Performance.
Since 1996, he has worked as a music director at the Shanshar Cultural Public Foundation, where he honed his acting skills. In the interludes of concert programs organized by the SHANSHAR Theater, he created various images and enjoyed great popularity both in the republic and in the countries of the far and near abroad.
Owning dombra, accordion and percussion instruments, Nurzhan Kasymkhanovich became a diploma winner of the regional song contest "Aray" in 1996, and a laureate of the Central Asian Laughter Fair in 2003.
Since February 2008, he has been working at the Shymkent City Theater of Humor and Satire. Thanks to dedication and hard work, the Shymkent City Theater of Humor and Satire was able to truly play the main and secondary roles in performances from the repertoire.
The creativity of a person who actively participates in the social activities of the theater is positive today.
