Akshora Zhusup Temiraliuly graduated from the College of Cultural Education in Zhetysai, Maktaralsky district in 1978 with a degree in directing.
Akshora Zhusup Temiralievich began his career as an artist at the Zhetysai Kazakh Musical Drama Theater named after K. Zhandarbekov in 1980.
In dramatic works written in the genre of tragedy and comedy, the actor, who played mainly the main roles and emphasized his characters, has played a total of more than 30 productions over the years.
From 1985 to 1988, he worked as a club manager at the Central Club of the Shaulder State Farm. From 1988 to 1990, she was engaged in the education of children at the M. Auezov secondary school as director of the "club of young educators", opened on behalf of the trade union.
Since 1995, he has worked as a director at the private humorous theater "Shanshar", where he played various roles in the interludes of concert programs organized by the theater of humor "Shanshar". In 2005, he was appointed artistic director of this theater.
Since February 2008, he has been appointed artistic director of the Shymkent City Theater of Humor and Satire.
Today, as a theater actor, Joseph Akshora opens many productions in the repertoire.
As for his creative achievements, in 1994 he became a laureate of the Central Asian Laughter Fair. In 2001, by Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N.On December 3, Nazarbayev was awarded the jubilee medal "10 years of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan".
He was awarded a letter of appreciation from the regional Department of Information and Public Consent for his active participation in the "Til-Halyk Murasy" event, organized along the Shymkent- Astana route.
In 2008, at the First International Festival of Humorous Theaters, she was awarded for her services to the cooperation of the peoples of Central Asia and the promotion of the culture of multinational Kazakhstan.
Following the results of 2008, the Akim of South Kazakhstan Region was awarded the nomination "Best Cultural Worker of the Year" for his significant contribution to the development of the spiritual, cultural and artistic sphere of the country.
In 2009, in honor of the celebration of the "International Theater Day", he received a letter of thanks from the regional Department of Culture.
In 2014, he was awarded the badge "MADENIYET KAYRATKERI" of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
